At Soul Sparks Jewelry, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find details about our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and more.

Order Processing Time

  • In-stock items: Shipped within 48 hours.

  • Custom / made-to-order items: May take 4-5 weeks depending on complexity.

  • If production time is extended, refunds are not available.

  • Payment clearance may take up to 24–48 hours; shipping begins once funds are received.

 

Cut-Off Times

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM GST are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed, as production begins immediately.
  • This includes size, color, engraving, or customizations.

Shipping Options & Delivery Time

  • Orders ship Monday through Friday during business hours (GST).

  • Shipping Methods: FedEx.

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–10 business days (depending on destination).

  • Shipping Cost: Free shipping on all orders over AED 1,000.

  • Tracking details are sent by email once your order is dispatched.

  • Note: Delays caused by couriers or customs are outside our control and are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • We offer free shipping on orders over AED 1,000 Domestically or $400 Internationally.

Customs & Duties 

  • Prices do not include customs duties, VAT, or import fees.

  • Customers are responsible for paying these directly to their local customs authority or courier.

  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

  • If you refuse to pay required fees, your package may be abandoned or destroyed by local authorities. In such cases, Soul Sparks Jewelry cannot issue a refund or replacement.

Delays or Issues?

We are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
